I’m not a foodie.. and I’m not a fan of Ramen… what I mean by that is that, Ramen is not something I go looking around for when I am hungry. I’m more of a fried pork and liempo kind of guy. But the other day, one of our friends had a craving for Ramen and I decided to go with them.
Mendokoro is located in one of the side streets in Makati in at the ground floor of a big building.. Lol.. to be more accurate.. here is the address..
V Corporate Center, Soliman, Salcedo Village, Makati, 1227 Metro Manila, Philippines.
Operating hours are at 11 am to 12 mn. Mondays to Sundays. Beware… they do not deliver, allow take outs even for left overs.
Here’s the menu that you will find by the counter… when you get inside.. queue to the counter to order and pay for your food. After paying, find your seat.
If you like things spicy… try the Tantanmen Tonkotsu Ramen.

I fished out some of the noodles so it can be seen in the picture… All I can say about the Tantanmen is that it is AWESOME!!! The spiciness is just right to give you a kick but not enough to burn your mouth… The serving is enough for 1 hungry adult.
Price for the Tantanmen is 440 for a bowl. Which is good enough for me… Next time.. I’ll try the other kinds of Ramen.
