If ever you are in Baguio, one must try restaurant is the one of a kind restaurant inside Camp John Hay called Choco-late de Baticol.
The Choco-late de Batirol has been around a long time according to the ones I talked to.. unfortunately even if I was assigned for about four years in North Luzon before.. this was the 1st time that I heard about it.. the only reason we found out about it was that we passed it while exploring Camp John Hay.
Apparently, their specialty is tsokolate..or cocoa Filipino version.
I added 80 php to the boneless bangus breakfast meal that we ordered.. Another specialty is the suman.
The cost for the suman is about 60 php per order.
Here’s a look inside..
Here is also a quick look at the menu.
Since we were between dinner and merienda… We ordered the boneless bangus, calderata and beefsteak meals.
The rice meals beefsteak and calderata comes with free iced tea..
Honestly, the food was good.. Both the beefsteak and caldereta was soft and easy to eat.
Combined with great music and great ambiance.. Choco-late de Batirol is definately a must visit restaurant in Baguio City.
Total bill for the meals.. Less than 900 php
