When there is lack of Progress, people complain. When the moves to progress hinders people, they complain. So what now?
The traffic situation in Manila and the neighboring cities have been worsening thru the years. It doesnt help that a lot of drivers basically dont care about anyone else on the street as long as they get to go where they want as soon as possible.
Even with the number coding scheme or color coding as more people know about it.
What’s the choice to alleviate the traffic situation? Build more roads, better roads, build bypasses and bridges.
For the last few years bridges and bypasses have been constructed, starting with the Skyway that was done about a decade ago, The SCTEX in North Luzon, then the TPLEX, CAVITEX and other major road programs thru the years. Now the 3rd phase of the Skyway is about to begin and everyone’s already griping about it.

From what I heard on the news, its not only the skyway program thats about to start, but a couple of others too. What does this mean? TRAFFIC -HEAVY TRAFFIC. So stop complaining. If you know its traffic, leave early, take an alternate route, gas up and be patient.

I guess another way to ease traffic is to start using those electric scooters, It’s smaller, and easier to park. Ans supposedly better for the environment? Any good suggestions? And also, do you need a drivers license to use an electric scooter? Where can you drive those?
