It’s called Esting’s Bellychon.. and they currently have 4 branches.
The one I was able to visit was the one in Robinson Angeles McArthur Hiway Balibago, Angeles City.
Here’s a look at their menu.. One good thing that I noticed is that have different kinds of selections and mix and matches that you can order, which is basically great if you want to watch your diet.
Here is my take on the Bellychon from Esting’s… the skin is crunchy.. and so tasty…
And the meat inside is soft and juicy…It tastes so good that you can actually eat it without the sauce it comes with to make it taste even better..
Esting’s is owned by a good friend of mine way back from the days that I used to work in the Pharmaceutical field.. Hey Rolly, Congrats!!
