The Taste Test contest to determine the next Big Food Entrepreneur for 2015 was recently held in the new venue of Mercato Centrale in BGC.. There were 26 contestants slotted for the competition but only 25 made it that night..
Here are the contestants and pictures of the food they served the judges… most were bite sized.. but after tasting 25 dishes.. I’m pretty sure anyone will be full.
My favorite dish was from one from Happy Keyks – its basically a very great tasting cheesecake. The winner will get 100,000 php as start up capital, 6 months free rent at Mercato.. a chance to be features in the Entrepreneur Magazine and insurance from ProFamily woth 1 million php and of course.. mentoring sessions from RJ Ledesma and Anton Diaz!!
