GoAutodial starts work on a new web based unified application

GoAutoDial, is one of the Philippines foremost open source web based call center system that is being used al over the world by small, medium and large call centers and BPO’s for their telemarketing needs, especially since Goautodial has predictive and progressive dialing capabilities along with call recordings, is now embarking on a new project to help ease the monitoring concerns for its users.

With the increase in need for help in Social Media and Digital Monitoring, Goautodial has embarked on a project to unify all the voice and non-voice needs in one dashboard.

GoAutoDial is one of the most widely used open source predictive dialer and inbound IVR + ACD system that provides termination and DID services aims to provide more ease of use for its thousands of users worldwide with the first open source multi-channel contact center web application which started development this 2016. Called the “GOautodial app”, a modern standards based web app that provides voice and non-voice contact center features.
